Quotes are valid for 60 days and are subject to change in accordance with exchange rate fluctuations if based on imports. Prices on imports will be calculated at the time of importation.

ALL restricted or prohibited firearms sent to us must be registered. When sending us prohibited or restricted firearms, please include a copy of the owner's PAL and a copy of the Registration Certificate. When sending us non-restricted firearms, please include a copy of the PAL.

If there is a defect in any product supplied by us, please contact us to arrange returning the product. Returned items must be in the original packaging and condition. We will check the item on receipt thereof and if a defect is found, the item will be repaired or replaced as soon as possible. We reserve the right to the final decision as to whether the item is repaired or replaced or whether credit is passed. We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee on returned items that were correctly supplied and not defective.

Special orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit and may not be returned unless defective. While reasonable effort is made, to the best of our ability, to ensure the safe operation of firearms repaired, we have no control over the use/abuse that they have endured subsequent to their manufacture, or the ammunition that is used in them. Consequently, we offer no guarantees or warranties as to their condition and/or functioning. Whenever possible, we do test fire the firearms with standard SAAMI/CIP ammunition. Should you require it, we can send the firearm for proof testing and the critical parts for magnaflux testing. However these tests will be done entirely at your risk and expense. We would require prepayment for this service and you would be liable for any charges that may occur. We accept no liability for any damages or injuries, whether directly or indirectly incurred, through the use or handling of these firearms. The onus of responsibility lies entirely with the user/owner. We are not liable for loss or damage, whether direct or indirect, whether consequential or accidental. The use of firearms has inherent risk and no other warranties whatsoever are either expressed or implied under any circumstances whatsoever.

We reserve the right to dispose of any items not paid for or collected within 12 months, in any manner we choose.

Use of our services is deemed acceptance of our terms.
