Barry Jensen FSG, a gunsmith in British Columbia, Canada, has been interested in guns and things that go 'bang' since the age of 7. He served in the South African Police for several years and thereafter went into the firearms business. The Jensens relocated to Canada in 1996, from which time Barry worked for Dlask Arms Corporation until the end of 2003, when he started his own business, Bits of Pieces.

Barry holds Gunsmithing and Aircraft Technician qualifications, is a Fellow of the New Zealand Society of Gunsmiths and has Proficiency and Instructor certification from the USA NRA and NaFTA and other certification from various South African firearms training organisations.
